Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) in San Francisco, on-site five days a week. You will own outbound prospecting, run high-volume campaigns, and work directly with the Founder/CEO to shape messaging and sales processes.

The role includes equity, a base salary, and uncapped commissions in a fast-growing AI startup. You will engage senior decision-makers at B2B software companies, build the outbound engine from the ground up, and help craft

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, startup, or high-growth sales environments.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline generation and high-volume prospecting.
• Execute cold calling campaigns and power dialing.
• Collaborate with Founder/CEO to shape outbound messaging and strategy.
• Leverage AI-powered prospecting tools to identify target accounts.
• Represent the company at local startup and technology events in SF Bay Area.
