HireNow Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative for an AI startup in San Francisco. This junior role targets early-career sales professionals and new graduates who enjoy meeting new people and turning outreach into conversations.

You will prospect via email, calls, and social channels, learn customer challenges, and explain how AI solutions can reduce costs and improve operations. Onsite five days a week; 0–2 years experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales development, or similar role.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to prospect across multiple channels, including cold calls.
• A competitive, resilient approach to goals, feedback, and rejection.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
• U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels to generate new customer conversations.
• Learn about prospects' business challenges and explain how the company's technology can address their needs.
• Communicate product value clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to help align solutions with customer priorities.
• Stay informed about product developments and share relevant customer feedback with internal teams.
• Develop strong customer relationships and support communication between customers and the business.
• Bring persistence, curiosity, and consistent follow-through to daily prospecting activities.
