Featherless.ai is seeking a founding Business Development Rep for the US/CA market to help scale our AI cloud platform. This role blends technical insight with outbound execution, engaging with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
