Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator who happens to own Executive Assistant responsibilities to support the Founder of a fast-moving investment firm. This is an EA++ / Founder Support role, not a traditional administrative EA position, and the right candidate will thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous setting where priorities can change quickly and wearing multiple hats is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience directly supporting a founder or senior executive in a startup.
• Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English with polished communication.
• Highly self-directed and proactive with minimal guidance.
• Strong judgment, resourcefulness, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with long hours or off-hours responsiveness occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage Founder's inbox and calendar, prioritizing what matters
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and travel logistics
• Prepare meetings with relevant materials and context
• Communicate clearly with investors, partners, and vendors
• Support operations, projects, and process improvement as needed
• Act as a trusted execution partner and represent Founder externally
