Job summary

somewhere is seeking a highly capable Operations Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO across a wide range of operational, recruiting, and administrative priorities. This role blends Executive Assistant, Operations Associate, and junior Chief of Staff functions, focusing on ownership and high autonomy.

You will partner with the founder to organize processes, source and screen engineers, manage vendor questions, and drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Executive Support & Strategic Leverage: act as trusted extension to Founder/CEO and drive initiatives to completion.
• General Operations & Process Building: document core processes and scale workflows.
• Recruiting & People Operations: manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, support onboarding.
• Finance & Administrative Operations: oversee AP, contractor payments, and light finance tasks.
