Job summary

The Feed Media is seeking a Client Success Manager for its Founder Coaching Program. You will own each member’s experience from onboarding through outcomes, helping them secure their first client and maintain momentum over 6 months.

You’ll work closely with founders, coaches, and a community manager to ensure active participation and results. You’ll monitor progress, keep members accountable, and capture wins to create testimonials and case studies for sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client success, account management or coaching in high-ticket services.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach or newsletters is a strong plus.
• You understand how B2B service businesses get clients.
• You are organized and proactive, with strong follow-up.
• You are comfortable communicating clearly in writing.
• You work well in a CRM and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls and build a 30-day plan for members.
• Drive progress, accountability, and help members secure their first client.
• Be the single point of contact for questions, scheduling, and access issues.
• Spot churn risk early and reach out before members go dark.
• Track each member's journey and keep CRM up to date.
• Turn wins into testimonials and case studies for sales/marketing.
• Report on retention and outcomes to leadership weekly.
