Job summary

Local Business Pro is seeking a U.S.-based Client Success Manager to guide new customers through onboarding, training, and adoption. You will coordinate with Build and Training teams and ensure a smooth handoff, helping customers save time and grow revenue.

You will drive activation, maintain relationships, and collect feedback to improve the customer experience as the company scales in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Prior success in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or related roles.
• Ability to lead onboarding conversations, set expectations, and drive adoption.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience working with CRM/field service platforms and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new customers and set expectations for timelines and success.
• Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Build, Training, Support and Product teams.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships and monitor account health post-launch.
• Identify at-risk accounts and surface feedback to the product and support teams.
• Document customer needs and improve playbooks for future CS Managers.
