Job summary

ProSites Inc. seeks a Client Success Coach to serve as the primary contact for marketing services, building strong client partnerships and understanding their business goals.

You will help clients achieve success using our marketing strategies and products, ensuring value from our platform and services. The role involves managing SLAs, monitoring dashboards, monthly/quarterly client meetings, and identifying growth opportunities across GeniusVets/LifeLearn products.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with clients and managing their expectations.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends across channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and provide strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client requests are handled within SLA standards and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot client dashboards to ensure proper functioning.
• Meet monthly or quarterly with assigned clients to review progress and stay aligned with goals.
• Provide training and support for GeniusVets/LifeLearn platforms as needed.
• Monitor client websites weekly to identify issues and escalate to support when needed.
• Provide monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities with other products and educate clients on new features.
• Deliver social content calendars using pre-made content templates and client needs.
• Escalate at-risk clients per escalation playbook and coordinate with management.
