Job summary

Kahala Nui Senior Living Foundation in Honolulu, HI seeks a Foundation Coordinator to provide administrative and project support for donor relations and fundraising activities. You will work with a small team reporting to the Foundation Director to strengthen connections with associates, donors, and community partners while ensuring smooth day-to-day fund development operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years nonprofit admin experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and a plus for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a nonprofit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support for the Kahala Nui Senior Living Foundation.
• Liaise across departments to plan events, produce impact reports, and communications collateral.
• Maintain day-to-day functions of the fund development department to deepen donor engagement.
• Support donor relations and community partnership activities.
