Job summary

Kahala Nui Senior Living Foundation is seeking a dedicated Foundation Coordinator to support administrative and project tasks for the Foundation. You will work closely with the Foundation Director and colleagues across departments to plan and execute inspirational events, produce impact reports and collateral, and keep day‑to‑day fund development operations running smoothly.

The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative capacity in a non-profit organization preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word with mail merge, formatting and proofreading documents.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to analyze, sort, and format spreadsheets.
• Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance per state regulations.
• Must be available to occasionally work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support for the Foundation.
• Liaise with colleagues across departments to organize events and acknowledgments.
• Produce impact reports and communication collateral for donors and partners.
• Maintain day-to-day functions of the fund development department.
