Job summary

Alldus is hiring a Forward Deployed Analyst in New York City to manage the full customer journey from demonstrations to adoption and growth. You will work with product and engineering teams to embed the platform into customer operations and drive measurable value.

The role requires strong technical demos, solution know-how, and proactive account management in a fast-paced startup environment. Domestic US customers and enterprise deployments are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering or technical customer success.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships from demos to adoption.
• Experience developing technical demos or proofs of concept to secure new business.
• Strong reading of APIs and understanding of system architecture.
• Experience delivering enterprise implementations and establishing processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop customised demos, prototypes and proofs of concept for sales and adoption.
• Run technical discovery sessions to define deployment requirements.
• Oversee onboarding from contract signing to configuration and launch.
• Configure platform around customer workflows and business needs.
• Help customers adopt the platform through training and ongoing support.
• Track account performance and address retention risks early.
• Demonstrate ROI and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with engineering to resolve them.
• Turn insights into product improvement recommendations.
• Create repeatable onboarding and training processes for future growth.
