Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Client Deployment & Success Lead (Forward Deployed Engineer) for an in-person, technically fluent role bridging clients and the platform. You own deployment outcomes, configure the agent, and optimize until targets are hit.

You’ll build fixes when needed and work with Engineering to scale repeatable deployments, strengthening client partnerships and surfacing real-world product insights.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment outcomes: configure the agent (prompts, call flow, transfers, guardrails, SMS fallback) and optimize until target is hit.
• Build fixes when a client need goes beyond configuration; ship scripts or automations as needed.
• Create repeatable deployment systems: improve onboarding, document best practices, and streamline processes for speed and predictability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical issues and maintain production performance.
• Strengthen client partnerships by identifying improvement opportunities and expanding use cases.
• Provide real-world feedback to product teams to improve reliability, usability and impact.
• Ensure product improvements reflect field learnings and client needs.
