Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and goals.
• Build forward-deployed solutions: integrations, data pipelines, product extensions.
• Translate customer needs into scalable product improvements and reusable patterns.
• Be reactive to issues, triage, fix, and communicate status clearly.
• Own implementations end-to-end from scope to deployment and monitoring.
• Create templates, tooling, and automation to accelerate future deployments.
• Partner with engineering, product, and customer success to prioritize and ship.
