You'll bridge technical execution and business strategy, configure tools with IaC, GitOps, CI/CD, and observability, and build reusable agent capabilities. Expect pilots, data collection, and resolving blockers to ship value.

Qualificações

• 8+ years shipping production software.
• Experience with LLM/agentic systems in production.
• Customer-facing roles with ambiguity handling.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with strategic customer teams to drive adoption of the SRE Agent platform.
• Bridge technical execution and business strategy for AI-first operations.
• Configure tools and connectors, integrating with IaC, GitOps, CI/CD, and observability.
• Build reusable agent capabilities and ship them through product engineering.
• Run pilots, gather eval data, and fix blockers directly in the product.
