Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will collaborate with a Deployment Strategist to deliver production-grade solutions from day one, across one large or multiple accounts, with real code and measurable business impact.

You will work on configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment, spanning data, platform, and headless architectures, while staying at the forefront of AI tools and models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system.
• Experience with AI tech stack, full-stack development, or frontier models.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery (consulting, professional services).
• Experience delivering projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and production solutions for enterprise customers.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to production deployment.
• Build and maintain data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Create agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health.
