Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years’ experience in dispatching, scheduling, and service coordination.
• HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and data-entry skills.
• Ability to obtain clear information from customers and convey technical details to field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule HVAC and plumbing service calls by customer needs and technician availability.
• Serve as liaison between clients and field technicians with timely updates on status and delays.
• Receive service requests by phone/email and create complete work orders.
• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules for emergencies, cancellations, and priorities.
• Monitor open work orders through completion and ensure required documentation is captured.
• Communicate access, safety, and customer expectations clearly to technicians.
• Coordinate return visits, preventive maintenance, inspections, and warranty service with customers and teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, site, equipment, and service history in the system.
