Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Review and optimize technician routes for productivity and response times.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional service.
• Enter and maintain work order and customer information in company systems.
• Create and manage dispatch numbers for ordered parts.
• Monitor and follow up on part orders to ensure timely completion.
• Schedule installation appointments when parts become available.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Resolve scheduling issues and adjust as priorities change.
• Support daily operations with accurate documentation and timely communication.
