• Able to learn and use service management systems (Sage Field Operations, Timberline/Sage).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service scheduling and dispatch by prioritizing calls and jobs, assigning technicians based on urgency, location, availability, and skillset.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and internal teams, providing scheduling updates and ensuring professional communication.
• Manage service job coordination and documentation to support accurate invoicing.
• Monitor service activity and job progress, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Support service operations and follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate service records and organize daily service documentation.
