Pella Windows & Doors is growing our Fort Collins and Northern Colorado Trade Sales team! We're looking for a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to turn connections into lasting business.

You'll start from a home office and spend time in the field, meeting builders and contractors, while building a rewarding career with professional training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Ability to meet builders, contractors, remodelers and architects.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with CRM, MS Office and digital sales tools.
• Willingness to travel across Fort Collins and Northern Colorado.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and architects in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado.
• Prospect, network, generate leads, and turn conversations into sales.
• Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and help customers buy with confidence.
• Manage multiple projects, follow up quickly, and maintain sales momentum.
• Own your territory, customer relationships, and sales pipeline toward clear goals.
• Collaborate with Pella colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
