Pella Windows & Doors is growing our Cheyenne-area Trade Sales team to recruit a confident, relationship-driven outside sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can turn connections into lasting business.

Work from a home office and in the field, managing your territory, meeting builders and contractors, and earning a base salary of $65,000 with first-year earnings $85,000–$90,000 plus commissions. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Ability to build genuine client relationships.
• Comfort with fast-paced, field-based work.
• Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and architects in Cheyenne area.
• Prospect, network, generate leads, and close sales.
• Assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent customer experience.
