Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle from planning to operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for in-person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations;Recommend best practices.
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across lifecycle stages.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational change.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on implementation planning and expansion.
