Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle from plan to operate.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud.
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across lifecycle stages.
• Configure customer-specific workflows and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and expansion.
• Stay updated on Forma capabilities and roadmaps.
• Share feedback with Autodesk product teams to shape direction.
