Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will evaluate current workflows, define new processes, configure technology, deliver training, and drive adoption across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.

You will work with North American accounts, partnering with product and sales teams to gather field feedback and align with the product roadmap while traveling up to 50% to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor experience.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (plan, design, build, operate).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SaaS adoption best practices and adult learning concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations.
• Recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live environments.
• Partner with sales for implementation planning and customer success.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and roadmap developments.
• Share implementation insights with Autodesk product teams.
