Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction, to lead end-to-end implement, training, and advisory engagements with General Contractors and Trade Contractors across North America. You will assess existing workflows, configure Forma, and guide customers through adoption to improve project outcomes.

This role requires deep construction industry knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to present to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of SaaS adoption and training in professional settings.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in workshops and training sessions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations; recommend best practices using Forma.
• Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures per requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders (design teams, project management, field professionals, exec audiences).
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap, and industry best practices.
