Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end implementations, provide training, and drive adoption across planning, design, build, and operate lifecycles.

You will work with North American accounts, collaborating with product and sales teams to align customer priorities with the product roadmap. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with direct experience working for or with GCs and Trade Contractors.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (plan, design, build, operate).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging project teams and executives.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Partner with customers to assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations, and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Help customers align digital workflows to business priorities across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures based on requirements and delivery models.
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders, including design teams, project management, field professionals, and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live project environments and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with sales and account teams on implementation planning, customer success strategies, and expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap developments, and industry best practices across the building lifecycle.
