Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end implementations, tailor workflows, train users, and drive adoption across plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Autodesk product and sales teams, stay aligned with roadmap direction, and travel up to 50% to support NA accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction
• Partner with customers to assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations, and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions
• Help customers align digital workflows to business priorities across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures based on customer requirements
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders, including design teams, project management, field professionals, and executive audiences
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live project environments and organizational transformation initiatives
• Partner with sales and account teams on implementation planning and customer success strategies
• Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap developments, and industry best practices
• Share implementation insights and customer feedback with Autodesk product teams to shape future product direction
