Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements, helping customers align workflows from planning through operations.

The role primarily supports North American accounts, collaborating with Autodesk product and sales teams to share field feedback and influence roadmap. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry (minimum)
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (planning to operations)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements and internal collaboration
• Experience with Forma, Preconstruction, Build, or related Autodesk solutions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction
• Assess customer workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations and recommend best practices
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across the lifecycle
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational change
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning, success strategies, and expansion opportunities
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and product roadmap developments
