Job summary

Autodesk seeks an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, provide training, and guide customers from planning through operation to enable digital transformation.

You will work with North American accounts, assess workflows, configure customer-specific processes, and partner with sales and product teams to align with roadmaps. Travel up to 50% to support engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor experience.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle from planning to operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Partner with customers to assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations, and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Help customers align digital workflows to business priorities across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures based on customer requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders, including design teams and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live project environments and organizational transformation.
• Partner with sales and account teams on implementation planning, customer success strategies, and expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and roadmap developments to inform customers and shape future product directions.
