Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Forma Industry Cloud, targeting Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end implementations, provide training, and guide customers through adopting digital workflows that align with business priorities across plan, design, build, and operate lifecycles.

Role is NA-focused with travel up to 50%, collaborating with sales and product teams to capture field feedback and shape roadmaps for ongoing customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage executive stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS adoption and digital workflow transformation.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in training settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementations, trainings, and consulting engagements.
• Assess client workflows and recommend best practices across lifecycle stages.
• Configure workflows, permissions, and data structures per client needs.
• Deliver role-based training to project teams, management, and executives.
• Coach clients through digital workflow adoption in live projects.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on planning and expansion.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and product roadmap feedback.
• Share insights with Autodesk product teams to influence direction.
