Job summary

RRD's Green Bay facility seeks a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join a fast-paced production team. You will load, unload, and move materials, support printing presses, and ensure raw stock and finished mail pieces are where they need to be on schedule.

The role requires 1–3 years forklift experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and certification opportunities are available as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience in a high-volume environment.
• Forklift certification not required; training and certification available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments safely and move materials to designated areas.
• Support printing presses and finishing equipment to prevent production downtime.
• Verify shipping documents against inbound materials and log receipts.
• Label goods accurately and complete monthly warehouse audits.
• Set up and adjust machine components based on job specs for width, length, and margins.
• Load master print rolls onto unwind shafts using roll clamps.
• Monitor cutting precision and verify finished pieces meet client specs.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
