Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Green Bay, WI seeks a reliable Forklift Operator/Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials, supporting printing presses and finishing equipment in a climate-controlled environment.

You will verify shipments, enter data into PWMS, and help maintain clean, safe work areas while meeting production deadlines on the 2nd shift. Requires 1-3 years forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift operation experience, preferably in mailing or high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving documents.
• Basic comfort with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload materials safely and move them throughout the facility.
• Support printing presses and finishing equipment to prevent downtime.
• Verify shipments and enter received items into PWMS; maintain accurate labeling and monthly audits.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse and production area.
• Set up and adjust equipment per job specs; monitor quality and measurements.
