Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a dependable Hoist Operator/Forklift Driver for the 1st shift in Green Bay, WI. This full-time role supports printing presses and finishing equipment, moving materials safely through the facility and ensuring timely availability of raw stock and finished mail pieces.

The position requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, willingness to train, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with basic inventory software.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift operation experience, ideally in direct mail or high-volume manufacturing.
• Forklift certification not required; training provided for reliable, safety-conscious candidates.
• Able to read shipping/receiving documents and match codes to client runs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials safely from shipments and prepare mail trays for dispatch.
• Stage materials at presses to prevent downtime and remove finished goods from lines.
• Verify documents against shipments and log receipts in PWMS; label goods accurately.
• Measure finished pieces against client specs using calipers or rulers.
• Set up and adjust slitter blades, guides, and margins per job tickets.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free warehouse and production areas.
