Job summary

RR Donnelley’s Green Bay facility in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support loading, unloading, and moving materials. You will assist printing presses and finishing equipment, ensuring stock and finished mail pieces are precisely where they should be.

The role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, basic inventory software comfort, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A 12‑hour day shift rotates to balance work-life and production needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience in high-volume production or mailing facility.
• Forklift certification not required; training available.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read shipping docs and match material codes to client runs.
• Basic familiarity with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming shipments and load mail trays/pallets onto trucks.
• Stage materials at presses to prevent downtime and remove finished goods from lines.
• Verify shipping documents and log received shipments in PWMS.
• Safely handle paper stock and finished materials to prevent damage.
• Set up slitter blades, guides, and settings per job ticket specs.
• Load master print rolls using roll clamps onto the unwind shaft.
• Monitor slitting for clean cuts and verify pieces against specs with calipers.
• Conduct daily pre-operational equipment inspections and keep areas clean and hazard-free.
