Job summary

RR Donnelley in Green Bay is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our fast-paced production team. You will load, unload, and move materials, support printing presses, and ensure raw paper stock and finished mail pieces are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there.

This 12-hour day shift rotates, offering a strong work-life balance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of forklift experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, read shipping docs, and are comfortable

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience in a direct mail or high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Forklift certification not required; willing to train and certify reliable candidates.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods in a busy production area.
• Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving docs and match material codes to client runs.
• Basic comfort with inventory software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming materials and move mail trays/pallets to trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent downtime and remove finished goods from lines.
• Verify shipments and log received items into PWMS; label goods and conduct monthly audits.
• Safely handle paper stock, mail trays, and print materials to avoid damage.
• Set up slitter machine blades, guides, and counter settings as per job tickets.
• Load master print rolls using roll clamps onto the unwind shaft.
• Monitor slitting for clean cuts; measure finished pieces against specs.
• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
