Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator/Material Handler for its De Pere, WI facility. You will load, unload, and move materials, support printing presses and finishing equipment, and ensure raw paper stock and finished mail pieces are exactly where they need to be.

The role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, willingness to train for certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience in direct mail or high-volume manufacturing.
• Forklift certification not required; training available.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a busy production environment.
• Ability to read shipping/receiving documents and match codes.
• Basic familiarity with inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming shipments and load outbound mail trays onto trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent downtime.
• Verify documents and enter shipments into PWMS, label goods, and perform audits.
• Handle paper stock and print materials without damage; ensure accuracy.
• Set up blades/guides/counter settings for width, length, and margins.
• Load master print rolls using roll clamps onto the unwind shaft.
• Monitor slitting quality and measure finished pieces against specs.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and keep areas clean and safe.
