Job summary

RRD is a global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions with a climate-controlled Green Bay facility. We seek a reliable Forklift Operator/Material Handler to support our production team on the 2nd shift, loading, unloading, and moving materials to ensure timely delivery of raw stock and finished pieces.

The role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, basic inventory software familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining safety and accuracy

Qualifications

• 1–3 years forklift experience in a direct mail or high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Forklift certification not required; willing to train reliable candidates.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and stands or sits for long periods in a busy environment.
• Reads shipping/receiving docs and matches material codes to client runs.
• Basic inventory software familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and move mail trays onto trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent downtime.
• Verify documents and enter shipments into PWMS; label goods.
• Handle paper stock and finished goods with care.
• Set up and adjust slitter blades and related equipment per specs.
• Load master print rolls using roll clamps.
• Monitor slit process and measure finished pieces against specs.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and keep areas clean and safe.
