Job summary

RRD's Green Bay facility is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support fast-paced production. You will load, unload, and move materials, support printing presses, and ensure materials are available where needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of forklift experience; certification is not required as training is provided. Lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work in a climate-controlled, first-shift environment. RRD offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating a forklift in a high-volume environment.
• Forklift certification not required; will train.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure a production setting.
• Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving documentation.
• Basic comfort with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and move mail trays/pallets to trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent downtime; remove finished goods.
• Verify shipments against documents and log receipts; conduct monthly audits.
• Safely handle paper stock and printed materials to avoid damage.
• Set up slitter blades, guides, and counters per job specs.
• Load master print rolls using roll clamps onto the unwind shaft.
• Monitor slitting for clean cuts; check finished pieces against specs.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and keep areas clean and hazard-free.
