RR Donnelley & Sons in Green Bay, WI seeks a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials for our production team. You will support printing presses, stage materials, and ensure accurate handling and labeling of goods.

The role requires 1–3 years forklift experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic comfort with inventory software; training and certification are available. This is a 12-hour day shift with a rotating schedule and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift operation experience in a high-volume facility.
• Willing to train and certify; forklift certification not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a busy production environment.
• Strong attention to shipping/receiving docs and client specs.
• Basic comfort with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and move mail trays/pallets to trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses and remove finished goods.
• Verify documents against shipments and enter receipts into PWMS.
• Safely handle paper stock and maintain quality of pieces.
• Set up machine blades/guides based on job specs; load master rolls.
• Monitor slitting process and measure finished pieces with calipers.
