RR Donnelley in Green Bay, WI is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our production team. You will load, unload, and move materials, support printing presses and finishing equipment, and ensure stock and finished mail pieces are in the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience in a high-volume facility or direct mail setting.
• Forklift certification not required; willing to train reliable, safety-conscious candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving docs and match material codes.
• Basic familiarity with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments safely and move materials to appropriate locations.
• Support production by staging materials at printing presses to prevent downtime.
• Verify documents and enter shipments into PWMS; label goods and perform monthly audits.
• Set up and adjust slitter blades, guides, and counter settings per job specs.
• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and maintain clean, hazard-free areas.
