You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, pick and pack orders, maintain stock accuracy, and help with cycle counts while upholding safety standards and quality teamwork.

This role includes forklift certification, OSHA safety compliance, and growth opportunities within a large HVAC wholesale operation serving contractors nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year related experience or training.
• Preferred: experience with picker, forklift, RF scanner and inventory systems.
• OSHA and safety regulations knowledge preferred.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain on the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (electric pallet jack/ forklift) safely to locate and move products.
• Receive products by unloading trucks and verify against packing lists.
• Scan barcodes, label, and ensure accurate stock numbers.
• Pick, pack, and load orders; prepare shipments and paperwork.
• Maintain stock levels, assist in inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Follow safety rules, maintain clean work area, and report hazards.
