Job summary

Newrez LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Manager of Foreclosure to lead a team of Foreclosure Supervisors and Specialists. You will ensure efficient operation, manage dashboards, and partner with internal teams to accelerate foreclosure actions.

The role requires 6–8 years in foreclosure or mortgage servicing, plus 2+ years of people management. Expertise in FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/USDA servicing, SQL, and strong reporting are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6-8 years direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing related experience required.
• 2+ years’ experience managing people required.
• FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgage servicing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the foreclosure group with day-to-day leadership.
• Ensures process documentation is complete and accurate.
• Liaises with internal partners to ensure timely foreclosure actions.
• Develops dashboards and metrics for foreclosure processes.
• Coaches and develops Foreclosure Supervisors to grow future leaders.
• Works with internal audit/compliance to ensure proficient processes.
• Reviews audit reports with the team for training purposes.
