Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, or related legal area.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organization.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review judgment motions, proposed orders, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate case updates, filing information, and hearing outcomes in case management systems.
