Qualifications

1 to 3 years of Legal Assistant experience, ideally within foreclosure, real estate, or default servicing law.
Exceptional attention to detail and elite organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and file foreclosure sale documents and notices with accuracy.
Coordinate with courts, sheriffs, master commissioners, auctioneers, vendors, clients and other stakeholders.
Track deadlines and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
Perform bankruptcy and military status checks, and property research (legal descriptions, tax records, lien info).
Assist with deed preparation, surplus fund processing, and other post-sale tasks.
Maintain case management systems and client portals; provide e-filing support to attorneys.
