Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, mortgage servicing, or a related legal field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process judgment motions, proposed orders, and related legal documents.
• Maintain accurate case information, filings, hearing outcomes, and updates within case management systems.
• Monitor court deadlines, client requirements, and file progress to ensure timely case movement.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and internal team members regarding case status and inquiries.
• Identify potential issues that may impact timelines and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with court rules, client guidelines, firm policies, and applicable legal requirements.
