Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking a motivated Store Leader to support store management, drive sales, and deliver a consistent customer experience. You will collaborate with leadership on priorities, assist in merchandising, inventory, and omni-channel tasks, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

As a supervisor, you will coach associates, manage scheduling and payroll tasks, and respond to customer needs with urgency to sustain KPI results and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience or supervisory responsibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach associates to achieve KPI and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs with urgency.
• Maintain store standards including opening/closing, cleaning and recovery tasks.
• Support merchandising, inventory and omni-channel activities to drive sales.
