This role emphasizes teamwork with store management and district leaders, awareness of loss prevention, stock handling, inventory, and providing friendly, knowledgeable fitting assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience aligned with service standards.

• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Assist in inventories, shipping/receiving as needed.
• Process cashier transactions per policy; ensure shoes mate.
