Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a top‑notch shopping experience in our store. You will help customers, meet sales and work goals, and model company service standards.

You will maintain merchandise presentation, assist with stock and inventories, and process sales through the POS with accuracy and integrity. A positive attitude and basic math and communication skills are required.

Qualificações

• Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers and staff.
• Basic communication, organization, and math skills.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
• Basic knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising skills and understanding of store presentation standards.
