Rack Room Shoes in Nashville is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Retail Team Member to deliver exceptional service and support store goals. You will greet guests, assist with footwear choices, process transactions, and maintain accurate receipts and reporting at the POS in line with policy and procedures.

You will model the company's standards in appearance, attitude, and performance. You will promote store promotions, keep merchandise well-presented, help with inventories, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal with customers and staff.

• Organizational and numerical skills required.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
