Rack Room Shoes, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and drive store performance. You will assist customers, process transactions, and promote rewards programs while upholding company standards and policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, loss prevention awareness, and maintaining an inviting store presentation. Prior retail experience, especially footwear, is preferred.
