Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a motivated retail associate to provide outstanding customer service and maintain store standards. You will guide customers through product selection, process sales using the POS, and ensure accuracy of cash handling and receipts.

• Basic visual merchandising skills and an understanding of Store Presentation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through service standards.
• Lead other team members by example in accuracy and completeness of work.
• Process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock organization.
• Assist in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandise placement on the sales floor when needed.
